The original artistic language of Luca Pasqualini lies between Depero and Haring, filtered through constructivist suggestions and the Italian design of the second half of the 20th century. What comes out are sheets on which the play of shapes and colors suggests interpretations of reality that are sometimes playful and sometimes of denunciation. But what makes his style unique is the exclusive use of the ancient woodcut technique, updated to the use of plywood, scratched, engraved, cut into shapes that, when inked, fit together and overlap. All his works are therefore multiple, limited editions, each one that vibrates and thrives on effects such as no digital instrument can ever give.

Luca Pasqualini, was born in Legnago (VR) in 1982, he graduated from the G. Chierici Art Institute (RE). He works in restoration, engraves and prints at the Laboratorio F.lli Manfredi in Reggio Emilia. He participates with two works in the Almanac of Italia Nostra, 2013. Awarded at the La Permanente museum in Milan for the graphics of the 80th anniversary of Moka Bialetti, 2013. He exhibits at Arci (RE), Pasqualini Incisioni, 2013. At Palazzo Bentivoglio (Gualtieri RE), Game and Play, 2014. Presents My Bestiary in the greenhouse of Anna Baldi's Atelier (RE), 2014. Protagonist of Brac's Art in Table at the Brac bookshop in Florence, 2015. It is present in the catalog "Art in arts and crafts", Suzzara (MN), 2015. Presents the Papyrus Pascalini, Mavida Edizioni, during the Making Books event, Palazzo Casotti (RE), 2015. The Vegaglifi project (RE), 2016, is born with Interno 3. He created the “Casa delle Sementi” logo (RE), 2017. He exhibits at Interno 3 Face to Face, 2019. He collaborates with the Municipality of Cavriago, creates the graphics Vis a ’vis, 2020. With Artoteca Off he exhibits at the Multiplex 900, Luca Pasqualini Incisioni, 2020. For the 10th anniversary of the Multiplo, the Gooo graphics become the logo of the event, 2021. Lives and works in Cavriago.
